These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Senific ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") that govern your use of the Tuko mobile and web applications, services, websites, software, and related features (collectively, the "Services").
Tuko is currently offered as an early-access release with a limited user community. By creating an account, downloading, or using Tuko, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
A separate Privacy Notice explains how we process personal data. If you access Tuko through an app store, additional terms from Apple or Google may apply.
1) Acceptance of Terms
- You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law.
- These Terms include all policies referenced here (for example, the Privacy Notice, Community Guidelines, and Copyright Policy).
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
2) Eligibility & Accounts
- Minimum age: You must be at least 13 years old (or older where local law requires) to use the Services.
- Early-access scope: Because we are operating a beta, we may restrict sign-ups, features, or regions at any time.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or revoke access if information is inaccurate or incomplete.
3) Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Notify us promptly at senificofficial@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access or account compromise.
- We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access if you fail to safeguard your account information.
4) Privacy
Your privacy is described in the Tuko Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.
5) Use of Tuko
- You may use the Services only for personal or business communication that complies with these Terms and applicable law.
- Early-access builds may contain experimental or unfinished features. Functionality may change without notice.
- You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code unless permitted by law.
6) User Content
- You retain ownership of the content you post or share.
- By uploading, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and display that content for the purpose of operating the Services.
- You are responsible for the legality of the content you share. Do not post content that infringes, violates rights, or is otherwise unlawful.
7) Prohibited Conduct
- Do not use the Services for spam, scams, harassment, hate speech, or threats.
- Do not upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with network stability.
- Do not impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with any organization.
8) Intellectual Property
- Tuko, the Tuko logo, and related marks are trademarks of Senific.
- We reserve all rights in the Services and underlying technology. No rights are granted except as stated in these Terms.

9) Fees & Payments
- The beta release of Tuko is currently free to use.
- We may introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future and will provide advance notice.
- If you purchase features through a third-party app store, their billing terms apply.
10) Devices & Network
- You are responsible for obtaining compatible devices and paying any data or carrier charges.
- Performance may vary depending on your device, operating system, and network conditions.
- We may provide updates that must be installed to continue using certain features.
11) Safety, Reporting & Enforcement
- We may investigate activities that violate these Terms and take action, including removing content, restricting features, or suspending accounts.
- Use in-app tools to block or report users who violate these Terms.
- We may preserve and disclose information when required by law or in good faith to protect our users, the public, or our rights.
12) Third-Party Services & Links
Tuko may integrate with or link to third-party services (for example, cloud backup, keyboards, or app store billing). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services; their terms and privacy policies apply.
13) Changes, Availability & Beta
- We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
- Because Tuko is in beta, outages, bugs, and data loss may occur. We appreciate your feedback to help improve stability.
- We are not liable for outages, delays, or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including network issues, power failures, natural disasters, or legal restrictions).
14) Termination
- You may stop using the Services at any time. You may also request account deletion via in-app settings or by contacting support.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risks, or cause harm.
- Some provisions survive termination, including those relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute resolution.
15) Disclaimers
- The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content will be preserved or stored.
16) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Senific and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenues, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) LKR 25,000.
17) Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Senific and our affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
18) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
- Jurisdiction: Courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka have exclusive jurisdiction. Alternatively, we may agree to resolve disputes by binding arbitration seated in Colombo under the rules of the Sri Lanka National Arbitration Centre; the language shall be English.
19) Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
- Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
- No waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our rights.
- Assignment: You may not assign any rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Language: We may provide translations (for example, Sinhala or Tamil). In case of conflict, the English version controls.
